Copyright & Content Removal

PENJE respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same.

Assets, trademarks, characters, logos, photographs, illustrations, designs and other creative materials may be protected by copyright, trademark or other rights owned by third parties.

PENJE's original branding, interface, written content, original graphics, original asset collections and other materials created specifically for PENJE are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Downloading an asset from PENJE does not transfer ownership of PENJE's intellectual-property rights or any third-party rights that may apply.

Some assets may reference, depict or incorporate third-party names, brands, products, characters or other protected material. Those rights remain with their respective owners.

The presence of such material on PENJE does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or ownership by PENJE unless expressly stated.

If you believe content available through PENJE infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right, you may submit a removal request through PENJE's official contact method.

To help us evaluate a request efficiently, include enough information to identify both the protected work and the PENJE content you want reviewed.

A useful notice should include your name and contact information, identification of the copyrighted or protected work, the exact PENJE page or asset involved, a description of why you believe the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.

If you are acting for a rights holder, include information showing that you are authorized to act on that person's or organization's behalf.

PENJE may review reported content and may remove, disable or restrict access when reasonably appropriate.

PENJE may also request additional information before acting when a claim is incomplete, unclear or appears to involve rights that PENJE cannot verify from the notice alone.

PENJE may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights or repeatedly misuse PENJE's reporting process, subject to applicable law.

Submitting knowingly false or misleading infringement claims may create legal consequences for the sender.

Where applicable law provides a counter-notice process, PENJE may accept additional information from a user whose content or access was affected by an intellectual-property complaint.

PENJE does not decide ownership disputes between third parties and may require the parties to resolve disputed rights through the appropriate legal process.

Copyright is not the only form of intellectual-property protection. PENJE may also review credible complaints involving trademarks, rights of publicity, privacy or other protected rights.
