Privacy Policy

When you create or use a PENJE account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, account identifier, profile settings, favorites, collections, downloads and membership status.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited, interactions with the website and diagnostic or security data.

When you contact support@penje.net, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and handle support or privacy requests.

PENJE uses third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process purchases and subscriptions. PENJE does not store your full payment card number or card security code.

Payment providers may process billing information, transaction identifiers, payment status and other information required to complete or manage a purchase.

We use information to operate PENJE, authenticate accounts, provide downloads, save favorites and collections, manage memberships, process purchases, prevent abuse, improve the platform and provide support.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how PENJE is used and improve products, features and content.

PENJE uses Supabase for account authentication and database services, Cloudflare for hosting, security and file storage, and Stripe to process payments. These services may receive the information needed to provide the relevant features.

Payment providers may also process information for their own legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations. If advertising or analytics services are enabled, they may process technical and usage information under their applicable privacy terms and consent requirements.

Free users may see advertising on PENJE. Advertising, analytics and essential platform services may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies to remember preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud and support ad delivery.

You can control certain browser storage and cookie settings through your browser. Disabling some technologies may affect website functionality.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PENJE, maintain account and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform.

Some records may need to be retained after an account is closed when required for security, accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

You may contact support@penje.net to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, cancellation or deletion, or objection to its processing. In Mexico, these are known as ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation and opposition. Depending on the law applicable to you, other rights may also apply.

Use the subject "Privacy PENJE" and include your name, the email address associated with your account, a reply address and a clear description of your request. Identify the data involved when relevant. For corrections, explain what should change and provide supporting information. If you act on someone else’s behalf, we may require proof of your authority.

To protect your account, we will need to verify your identity before providing personal data or making changes. We may request additional information when necessary. Do not send passwords, login codes or complete payment-card details.

For ARCO requests in Mexico, the statutory response period is up to 20 business days from receipt of the request. If the request is granted, it must be implemented within the following 15 business days after the response is communicated. Each period may be extended once for an equal period when justified by the circumstances and permitted by law.

You may also use this email address to request withdrawal of consent or limitations on the use or disclosure of your personal data. Withdrawal does not have retroactive effect and may affect features that require the relevant data. Certain information may be retained when a legal obligation or exception applies. Cancelling a paid subscription is a separate process from a privacy request.

PENJE uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

PENJE is not intended for children who are not legally able to consent to the use of an online service in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

PENJE and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy as PENJE evolves or when legal, technical or business requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when appropriate.

When you save a project or upload in your PRO account, we store the design, layers, resource references, thumbnails and files you choose to retain so you can reopen them. Images imported only for editing are processed in the browser and are not retained in your account library unless you use that feature.

The editor stores colors and tool and panel preferences locally. Opening NOBAFREE takes you to an external service without transferring your PENJE session or projects. Its own terms and privacy policy apply.

With your permission for analytics or advertising, Google may receive identifiers, IP addresses and browsing data and use cookies or similar technologies for measurement and, depending on your choices, personalized advertising.
