Terms of Use

By accessing or using PENJE, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any additional terms, notices or license conditions shown for specific resources, packs, memberships or features.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use PENJE.

Some PENJE features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact PENJE through the official contact method published on the website.

Downloading a resource does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights. Your right to use a resource is limited to the license, permissions or usage conditions displayed by PENJE for that resource or collection.

Unless PENJE expressly states otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload to another stock or resource library, or make a resource available as a standalone downloadable file.

You are responsible for making sure your intended use is permitted by the applicable resource license and by applicable law.

Some content may reference or depict third-party names, trademarks, characters, products or other protected material. Those rights remain with their respective owners.

The presence of third-party material on PENJE does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or ownership by PENJE. Users are responsible for obtaining any additional permission required for commercial, advertising or other regulated uses.

PENJE may offer free downloads subject to technical, daily or account-based limits. These limits may change as the service evolves, including for security, abuse prevention or platform sustainability.

Attempting to bypass download limits, authentication, access controls or other technical restrictions is prohibited.

PENJE Pro is a paid subscription with monthly or yearly billing cycles. It includes the benefits described for the chosen plan when you subscribe; not every resource or pack is necessarily included.

The applicable amount, currency and billing frequency are those specified when subscribing. Before confirming payment, review the benefits, total amount and billing conditions displayed in Stripe Checkout.

The subscription renews automatically and creates recurring charges to the authorised payment method until you cancel renewal. For purchases subject to Mexican consumer law, you have the right to receive notice at least five calendar days before automatic renewal and to cancel renewal without a penalty.

Changes to prices or benefits for future periods are subject to the advance information and consent required by applicable law. They will not retroactively change a purchase or reduce benefits already agreed for a paid period.

PENJE may offer individual packs or other digital products for one-time purchase. Access is granted to the purchasing account after payment is successfully confirmed.

Pack contents, included resources, price and whether a pack is included with PENJE Pro are shown on the relevant product page and may differ between packs.

An individual pack purchase is a one-time payment and does not by itself create a subscription. The purchase grants the use permitted by the corresponding licence; it does not transfer ownership of copyright.

Stripe processes payments for PENJE Pro and pack purchases. Its payment terms and privacy practices may also apply. PENJE handles enquiries about your purchase and access to the products.

You can cancel PENJE Pro renewal in the Stripe management portal associated with your PENJE account. Under the current cancellation arrangement, the request stops the next renewal and the subscription ends at the close of the already paid period, during which you retain the agreed benefits. This does not limit any cancellation, refund or other remedy to which you are entitled by law.

If you cannot access the portal or need cancellation assistance, email support@penje.net from the address associated with your account. Keep the cancellation confirmation and check the stated end date.

Cancelling renewal does not by itself automatically refund earlier charges. To request a review of a duplicate charge, payment error, missing access or product issue, email support@penje.net with your account email, the date, a purchase reference if available and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, login codes or complete payment-card details.

Refund requests will be handled according to the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law. A product being digital or having been downloaded does not by itself remove mandatory consumer rights. These Terms do not limit any statutory rights to cancellation, refunds, remedies or compensation.

You may not use PENJE to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, automate abusive downloads, scrape or copy substantial portions of the service, interfere with platform security, impersonate another person, commit fraud or attempt unauthorized access.

You may not use PENJE content in a way that falsely suggests PENJE or a rights holder endorses you, your product or your service.

PENJE may remove or disable content when reasonably necessary to respond to intellectual-property claims, legal requests, security issues, policy violations or other legitimate platform concerns.

PENJE may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls or repeatedly violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.

PENJE may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, resources, categories, packs or other parts of the service. We may also perform maintenance or make changes for security, legal, technical or business reasons.

We do not guarantee that every resource or feature will remain available permanently.

Changes or interruptions do not remove obligations regarding already paid products or subscription periods, or remedies and compensation required by applicable law.

PENJE is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PENJE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that every resource will be suitable for every intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing applicable licenses, permissions and legal requirements before using downloaded content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PENJE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms as PENJE evolves or when legal, technical or business requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date when appropriate.

Updates will not retroactively change the conditions of a purchase or an already paid period. Where a change requires advance notice or consent, those requirements apply; publishing a new version does not replace consent required by law.

The editor supports text, shapes, drawing, images and backgrounds. Blur, noise and 1× export are free. Creative effects and Glitch, inner and outer shadows and glows, PRO-labelled brushes and gradients, and 2×/3× or high-quality exports require an active PRO subscription.

Saving projects and retaining uploaded files in your account are PRO features. Using and editing these saved items requires active PRO access. Displayed quotas and file-size limits still apply. Keep your own copies of files and exports you need.

You may try PRO resources in the editor, but exporting a design containing them requires valid access. Packs are included in PRO only when their listing says so; purchasing a pack does not unlock every PRO editor feature.

Most PNGs and other PENJE resources have been created, enhanced or restored using artificial intelligence tools. The catalogue may also contain resources produced through other processes.

Images may contain imperfect visual details or artificial interpretations. Review the file before using it in a project. AI involvement does not mean a resource is exclusive or expand the usage permissions stated in this license.
