By accessing or using PENJE, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any additional terms, notices or license conditions shown for specific assets, packs, memberships or features.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use PENJE.

Some PENJE features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact PENJE through the official contact method published on the website.

Downloading an asset does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights. Your right to use an asset is limited to the license, permissions or usage conditions displayed by PENJE for that asset or collection.

Unless PENJE expressly states otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload to another stock or asset library, or make an asset available as a standalone downloadable file.

You are responsible for making sure your intended use is permitted by the applicable asset license and by applicable law.

Some content may reference or depict third-party names, trademarks, characters, products or other protected material. Those rights remain with their respective owners.

The presence of third-party material on PENJE does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or ownership by PENJE. Users are responsible for obtaining any additional permission required for commercial, advertising or other regulated uses.

PENJE may offer free downloads subject to technical, daily or account-based limits. These limits may change as the service evolves, including for security, abuse prevention or platform sustainability.

Attempting to bypass download limits, authentication, access controls or other technical restrictions is prohibited.

PENJE Pro is a paid membership that may include benefits such as additional or premium resources, higher download access, ad-free browsing or access to eligible packs.

Available benefits, prices and billing periods are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods where permitted by law. Changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase.

A membership remains subject to the billing and cancellation terms presented at checkout and in the payment-management experience.

PENJE may offer individual packs or other digital products for one-time purchase. Access is granted to the purchasing account after payment is successfully confirmed.

Pack contents, included assets, price and whether a pack is included with PENJE Pro are shown on the relevant product page and may differ between packs.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Their payment terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Because PENJE provides digital content, cancellation and refund availability may depend on the type of purchase, whether access or downloads have already been provided, the checkout terms and applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

You may not use PENJE to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, automate abusive downloads, scrape or copy substantial portions of the service, interfere with platform security, impersonate another person, commit fraud or attempt unauthorized access.

You may not use PENJE content in a way that falsely suggests PENJE or a rights holder endorses you, your product or your service.

PENJE may remove or disable content when reasonably necessary to respond to intellectual-property claims, legal requests, security issues, policy violations or other legitimate platform concerns.

PENJE may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls or repeatedly violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.

PENJE may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, assets, categories, packs or other parts of the service. We may also perform maintenance or make changes for security, legal, technical or business reasons.

We do not guarantee that every asset or feature will remain available permanently.

PENJE is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PENJE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that every asset will be suitable for every intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing applicable licenses, permissions and legal requirements before using downloaded content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PENJE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms as PENJE evolves or when legal, technical or business requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date when appropriate.
