Asset License

This license applies only to assets that PENJE identifies as original PENJE content or otherwise makes available under this PENJE Asset License.

Third-party brands, characters, trademarks, photographs, logos or other protected material may require separate permission from their respective rights holders and are not granted additional rights by this license.

Unless an asset page states otherwise, licensed PENJE assets may be used in personal and commercial creative projects such as social media content, presentations, websites, videos, advertisements, marketing materials, editorial layouts and client work.

You may edit, recolor, crop, combine or otherwise adapt licensed PENJE assets as part of a larger creative work.

You may use licensed PENJE assets in completed creative work made for a client.

The client receives rights to the completed work only. You may not transfer or provide the original standalone PENJE asset file to the client unless the client independently has the right to download or use that asset.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload or make a PENJE asset available as a standalone file or as part of another stock, template, asset, clip-art or download library.

You may not claim ownership or authorship of an unmodified PENJE asset.

You may not use PENJE assets to create a competing asset library or to enable others to extract, download or reuse the original asset files.

You may use PENJE assets inside a larger template, design or digital product only when the asset is incorporated into the finished design and cannot reasonably be extracted and reused as a standalone asset.

If the primary value of a product is the PENJE asset itself, redistribution is not permitted.

A FREE or PRO label describes how an asset is accessed on PENJE; it does not automatically change the intellectual-property rights that apply to the underlying content.

PRO membership provides access to eligible premium PENJE resources while the membership or purchase rights are valid. It does not transfer ownership of PENJE intellectual property.

Assets obtained through a PENJE pack remain subject to this license unless the pack page states different terms.

Purchasing a pack grants usage rights to the included licensed assets; it does not grant the right to redistribute the pack or its source files.

Some PENJE pages may contain material connected to third-party brands, characters, products or other protected subjects. PENJE does not grant trademark, copyright, publicity or other rights owned by those third parties.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use requires permission from a third-party rights holder, especially for advertising, merchandise, branding or commercial promotion.

Assets may not be used in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person's rights, falsely implies endorsement, or is used to commit fraud or impersonation.

PENJE may remove or restrict an asset when necessary because of a rights complaint, legal request, security issue or platform-policy concern.

Removal from PENJE does not create new rights in material owned by third parties. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their continued use is lawful.
