Resource License

This license applies only to resources that PENJE identifies as original PENJE content or otherwise makes available under this PENJE Resource License.

Third-party brands, characters, trademarks, photographs, logos or other protected material may require separate permission from their respective rights holders and are not granted additional rights by this license.

Unless a resource page states otherwise, licensed PENJE resources may be used in personal and commercial creative projects such as social media content, presentations, websites, videos, advertisements, marketing materials, editorial layouts and client work.

You may edit, recolor, crop, combine or otherwise adapt licensed PENJE resources as part of a larger creative work.

You may use licensed PENJE resources in completed creative work made for a client.

The client receives rights to the completed work only. You may not transfer or provide the original standalone PENJE resource file to the client unless the client independently has the right to download or use that resource.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload or make a PENJE resource available as a standalone file or as part of another stock, template, resource, clip-art or download library.

You may not claim ownership or authorship of an unmodified PENJE resource.

You may not use PENJE resources to create a competing resource library or to enable others to extract, download or reuse the original resource files.

You may use PENJE resources inside a larger template, design or digital product only when the resource is incorporated into the finished design and cannot reasonably be extracted and reused as a standalone resource.

If the primary value of a product is the PENJE resource itself, redistribution is not permitted.

A FREE or PRO label describes how a resource is accessed on PENJE; it does not automatically change the intellectual-property rights that apply to the underlying content.

PRO membership provides access to eligible premium PENJE resources while the membership or purchase rights are valid. It does not transfer ownership of PENJE intellectual property.

Resources obtained through a PENJE pack remain subject to this license unless the pack page states different terms.

Purchasing a pack grants usage rights to the included licensed resources; it does not grant the right to redistribute the pack or its source files.

Some PENJE pages may contain material connected to third-party brands, characters, products or other protected subjects. PENJE does not grant trademark, copyright, publicity or other rights owned by those third parties.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use requires permission from a third-party rights holder, especially for advertising, merchandise, branding or commercial promotion.

Resources may not be used in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person's rights, falsely implies endorsement, or is used to commit fraud or impersonation.

PENJE may remove or restrict a resource when necessary because of a rights complaint, legal request, security issue or platform-policy concern.

Removal from PENJE does not create new rights in material owned by third parties. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their continued use is lawful.

Creating a design in PENJE does not transfer third-party rights or make stock content exclusive. You must have permission to upload, edit and use images, logos, brands, fonts and other content.

Resources from NOBAFREE or other sites retain their original license. The external section does not imply exclusivity or guarantee rights concerning trademarks or people. Check applicable terms before publishing or selling a design.

Previews and promotional compositions demonstrate resources; they do not replace an authorized download or extend a license. Editor features may continue to change during beta.

Most PNGs and other PENJE resources have been created, enhanced or restored using artificial intelligence tools. The catalogue may also contain resources produced through other processes.

Images may contain imperfect visual details or artificial interpretations. Review the file before using it in a project. AI involvement does not mean a resource is exclusive or expand the usage permissions stated in this license.
